Equi-coaching
An original approach for reveal the best of your human resources, thanks to the horse’s unsuspected potential.
This animal with extremely developed sensitivity responds to tiny requests but also to the postures, verbal and non-verbal language of the person with whom it interacts. Horse interprets the attitude of individuals (active, passive, positive, aggressive…). True emotion detector, it provides everyone with a reading devoid of any judgment and helps human beings to develop their ability to adapt and empathize, around the value of respect.

Understand the nature of another, to better adapt
Each employee experiencesunique experience face to face with the horse, in complete safety, thanks to La Cense expertise. Sensitized to the nature of the animal through ethology, your team rediscovers itself individually and collectively, with the horse as its mirror.
This training program allows:
- To experience an original relationship with the animal, to appreciate its constraints, limits and value;
- To individually take a step back from one's mental and physical posture, in new situations;
- To share feelings experienced, and to identify the words chosen by each person, to better understand each other
Designed to be inclusive, this training is accessible to everyone.

Prices include the organization of equi-coaching, including the provision of cavalry, professional supervision as well as specific infrastructure.
- 10 collaborators or less: 2800 € HT
- 11 to 15 collaborators: 3800 € HT
- 16 to 21 collaborators: 4800 € HT

Le Barn Hotel welcomes you from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m.
The program lasts 2 hours for a group composed of maximum 10 people and go to 3 hours for a group up to 21 people.
