This training program, based on the latest scientific research and the expertise of recognized professionals, is intended for amateurs and professionals.
The training develops the very notion of horse well-being, allows you to optimize your management practices keeping equines on a daily basis. It informs you about the regulations and your obligations. It deepens your knowledge regarding horse nutrition, locomotion and biomechanics to optimize the horse's physical well-being. It also addresses learning methods to improve one's education and behavior.
The knowledge acquired is assessed based on an online questionnaire. Successful completion of this questionnaire allows you to obtain, individually, the La Cense horse welfare certificate.
Program
The training takes place remotely and lasts 3 months :
Weeks 1 and 2: Detention – by Deborah Bardou, Ethologist and President of the Animal Welfare Commission of the FFE.

Weeks 11 and 12: Evaluation questionnaire
At the end of training, you take a 25-question quiz across all topics. To obtain the certificate, You must achieve a minimum success rate of 60%. You have two attempts.
