The completely renovated “le Duplex” gîte is composed of:
- on the ground floor: a beautiful living room (with TV) including an open kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine);
- on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160*200cm bed, an adjoining bathroom (including a shower) and separate WC.
On-site parking 100m away. Sheets, household and bathroom linen included. Beds made on arrival. Electric heating with charges included. A pond and several water points, not fenced, surround the property.
